What happens after the free month?
Starter renews at $19/mo on that card unless you cancel or change plan first. Cancel from Plan and billing during the free month and you owe nothing; you keep Starter until the period ends, then the account returns to Free.
Do I need a card?
Yes. It's used to authenticate your account. If you decide to keep your membership, your next month is billed to that card. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.
How do the Growth bonus credits work?
Upgrade to Growth in your first 30 days and get 300 bonus credits. An admin approves the bonus manually within a day or so — it is not automatic — and it is granted once. After that, Growth renews at its normal monthly allotment.
How do I send feedback?
Hit the Feedback button in the app and tell us what isn't working. That is how beta testers report issues.
