Creating a video uses one video from your monthly allowance, plus credits for the scenes it generates. Editing and re-exporting that video is free, but regenerating a scene image, re-recording a voiceover or animating a scene generates new content and costs credits. Deleting a video does not give the video back. If a generation fails, both the video and the credits are refunded automatically.
Credits are what generation costs. Each scene image costs credits according to the quality tier you pick (Good, Better or Best), animating a scene into motion costs more, and a premium voice adds a small flat charge per video. The review step shows the exact cost before you generate.
Your plan's video count assumes an average video of about ten credits. Credits measure what each video actually uses: a still scene costs one, animating a scene costs more and a premium voice adds a small flat charge. At the Good tier with a standard voice, a ten-scene video comes to about 10 credits with still scenes, about 28 with three scenes animated and about 70 with every scene animated. Make simple videos and the video count is what limits you; make heavily animated ones and credits run out first. A top-up pack adds both.
Yes. Unused monthly credits carry into the next month for as long as your subscription is active, so a quiet month is not a wasted one. Videos reset each cycle, and anything you buy in a top-up pack never expires. Cancelling forfeits whatever is left at the end of your final month.
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. There's no cancellation fee.
Yes. The Free plan includes enough credits to make your first video, and we don't ask for a card. Upgrade when you're ready.
Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and if a video fails to generate, its credits come back automatically.
