Ad Policy Checker

Paste a script and catch the phrases that get short-form ads rejected, before you film.

Ready

Up to 3,000 characters

Optional: prefix an on-screen text line with TEXT: (or [text]) so it's checked as overlay text instead of narration.

0 / 3,000 characters

This catches common risk phrases. It is not legal advice, and it is not a guarantee any platform will approve your ad.

How it works

  1. 01

    Paste your copy

Spoken lines and on-screen text (start those lines with TEXT: or [text]), up to 3,000 characters.

  2. 02

    Read the scan

Every flagged phrase is highlighted and grouped by severity, with a plain-words fix.

  3. 03

    Rewrite what's flagged

One click rewrites only the risky lines. Nothing else in your script changes.

Is this legal advice, or a guarantee my ad will be approved?

No. It catches common risk phrases: the medical, income, guarantee and absolute claims that platforms reject most often. It isn't legal advice, and it can't promise that TikTok, Meta or any other platform will approve your ad.

What counts as an on-screen text line?

Start a line with TEXT: or [text] and it's scanned as overlay text instead of spoken narration. That matters because on-screen text and captions get their own rules (like runs of capitals and stacked punctuation).

What's the difference between the scan and the AI rewrite?

The scan is instant pattern matching (the same engine VidPost uses internally), and it's free with no limit. The AI rewrite asks a model to rewrite only the flagged lines, and you get a handful of those a day for free.

Why did a phrase get flagged that seems fine to me?

Some categories (like 'guaranteed' where 'results may vary' would do, or a before/after framing) are flagged because platforms often reject them, even when the phrase is true. Use your judgment on borderline 'review' items. 'Block' items are the ones worth rewriting.

Does this check for writing that just sounds AI-written?

Yes. A separate pass flags patterns like reveal-bridge openers ("Here's the thing..."), hollow lists of three and stock AI vocabulary, shown apart from the compliance findings.

Is my script stored anywhere?

No account is needed and nothing you paste is saved. The AI rewrite sends your text to a model to write the rewrite, the same as any AI writing tool.

VidPost checks every script it writes

The same scan runs on each script before it's voiced, animated and captioned, so risky lines get caught early.
